Once signed up to the T2FIT’mas 24 day challenge you’ll be contacted by one of our coaches & sent a copy of the recipe book built specifically for the 24 days. You’ll then gain access to a private Facebook group where you’ll be able to enjoy everything this programme has to offer. You’ll also be sent a detailed outline of the programme & what to expect each day with goals & challenges to test you. We’ll also be checking in with you every Sunday to monitor your energy levels, sleep, food, workouts & much more.
